In this episode I'm just talking to you about the power of broscience. Bro science is something that somebody who looks great does but science doesn't necessarily back it or prove it. Mostly scientists look like crap anyway. And the people who do bro science which is a form of pseudoscience when it comes to fitness are the ones that actually look great. I may include a link to the previous podcast where I did a rant on bro science which I enjoyed. But here you'll learn how to work out on one body part and the science or shall I say bro science behind working out on one body part a day and sticking to that format.
