Join me, Daniel Lowry with special guest Nardia Norman as we discuss the fitness industry from a female perspective. Award-winning Nardia Norman has 20 years’ experience in coaching, education and personal training. Recipient of FILEX’s Presenter of the Year Award for 2018, Personal Trainer of the Year 2014 and an Australian Institute of Fitness Legend, Nardia has a strong history of consulting to small to medium sized fitness businesses and is a well-known industry leader.
Nardia is especially passionate about helping female Fit Pro's build hybrid businesses that are impactful, profitable and flexible, which she does through her Tribe Business Amplifier mentorship. Her other focus is helping all Personal Trainers understand how to to work with female clients more effectively. Her Female Health + Performance course closes knowledge gaps in the areas of female physiology, physiological load and programming and provides trainers with proven tools and strategies to help female clients achieve sustainable, healthy results.
Nardia is about to embark on her biggest challenge yet - becoming a Mum, so for now wine has (reluctantly) been replaced with herbal teas as she prepares for her newest adventure.
