Building businesses over the last 16 years has not come without its own unique challenges.
A couple of weeks ago, I got an email from a client saying, “Hey, would you be willing to share some of your biggest challenges that you've experienced in business?” and it sent me on a little bit of an introspective journey.
The initial goal was to provide some insight and vulnerability for her. But I thought that If she's curious, maybe there are more of you that are curious, too.
That's why, on today's Powerback® episode, I'm going to share the 5 biggest business challenges that I've experienced over the years, backed with how I have overcome those same things, in hopes to inspire and guide you if you're experiencing one of the same.
