Every project has three main ingredients. Scope, schedule, and budget. There are fairly standard processes used to manage all three for a successful project.
In this episode, we discuss some of the conventional thinking that can go into the HOW of a successful project, focused around schedule, and why some of those ways of thinking are actually traps.
We discuss our opinion on how to improve the process and avoid traps we have seen in our careers.
