Today we talk about one of the major barriers to our own fulfilment which is the topic of procrastination. My guest today is keynote speaker, bestselling author of the book The End to Procrastination and founder and CEO of Procrastination.com – Peter Ludwig. One of the most frustrating things for most people is making a start on something and today more than ever there are a ton of things that we can use to distract us from focussing on what is truly important to us. As a consequence we jump, flit and never fully focus in order to reach our true potential. In my conversation with Petr we discuss: How Petr first became interested in procrastination years ago in order to help himself with his studies Why the biggest procrastinators are smart and creative individuals but how they use their own intelligence against themselves. How you tend to procrastinate more when you are tired and not having regular breaks. Why having a vision for your live is intrinsic in providing you with the necessary why to avoid procrastinating. The real reason procrastination is an emotion management problem more than a time management problem. --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/joe-horton/message
