Jenn is a health and mindset coach who focuses on where her clients blocks and fears are come from within
Are they coming from a situation that has happened in the past? She explores those parameters. She has her clients write in their journals daily. They carry their journals with them and when the anxiety arises or something they write about it. She also has clients create vision boards and with those she wants them to journal on why they chose those visions.
Jenn takes the time to call out BS and has no objections of doing it. She has her clients really think about why they act a certain way and bring all that crazy crap to the surface. Once they bring all the crap onto the surface that allows people to really step into their power and into their truth.
