Imo recently completed The Three Peaks Challenge, covering over 680km and 10,000m of elevation in just 6 days, 5 hours and 43 minutes, breaking a 45 year old world record for the fastest female ever in the process.

As well as The Three Peaks, Imo has also completed numerous other ultra challenges, including 7 marathons in 7 days and running John O’Groats to Lands End.

Imo shares her background, what gave her the confidence and mindset to take on these enormous challenges, the valuable lessons and experience she has gained from Ultra running, the importance of having a support network around you, her future goals, and much much more…
