Today we’re talking to Tina Ethridge, an ADHD and auDHD acceptance coach, about auDHD harm reduction and radical self-acceptance. We discuss:

  • persistence based mindset vs consistency based mindset

  • what is harm reduction

  • how radical self-acceptance and self-compassionate has helped Tina find peace

  • how “storm journaling” has helped Tina validate their emotional experiences and hold space for their feelings
