Are you starving out the distractions or are you feeding it. Spend your energy wisely and know that the new version the of you is going to keep calling until you choose to feed it with all your energy. You can’t be in both places at once but sometimes we don’t know who and what we’re spending energy on. I had to separate people from their mindsets to shift into who I am today and it cost me people I loved.
