I am thrilled to have Emma from @motivemums as a guest today to chat about all things exercise and exercise after having a baby, she is a wealth of knowledge on when and what to do.

Emma is a mother of 2 boys and is very passionate about helping pregnant and postpartum women to exercise safely and effectively. Emma is a certified MumSafe Trainer and partners with Women's Health Physiotherapist to help new mums.
