In this episode I discuss the steps involved in achieving goals when you do it consciously. I use my desire to improve my podcast as an example of a goal I want to achieve and take you through the process involved with getting from point A to point B, I also share how who you become in the process is way more valuable than any achieved goal could ever be and explain why.
