Megan Pomarensky is a Certified Athletic Therapist, holds her Master’s in Rehabilitation Science is a Certified Functional Strength Coach and Certified Vinyasa Yoga Instructor (250hrs). She's created Empowered Rehab and Training to help people navigate chronic pain and get back to living their life the way they want and she's become the resident specialist in her field through her alternative, holistic approach to pain managment. She's been in practice for 9 years based out of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada (eh!).

She's been published in academic research journals and has been sought after and worked alongside some heavyweights in the strength and conditioning world like Mike Boyle and Craig Liebenson.
