He is a full-time orthopedic physiotherapist with a personal focus on endurance athlete rehab, offers online coaching program called Excel Endurance where he focuses on coaching in a way that is sustainable, healthy and science-based. I also compete in triathlons and just recently completed my first full Ironman race.
