Excited to share our new look!
Not much has changed though! I will still bring you inspo, interviews, and real life transformation from women just like you who are now living their SECOND HALF more fulfilled than ever!!
What has changed is our community of sisterhood! The term 'midlife' led some women to believe they didn't belong amongst us because they were outside of the 'middle' [according to life expectancy]. Our community serves women in their 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s and even 90s!! Women in their SECOND HALF of life!
Often we fear getting it wrong and in todays episode, I share my journey of evolving in delivering this podcast and why it required realignment! And more importantly, how aligning and realigning is simply part of the adventure -- and not to be feared!
