This week my client Kevin shares his story after 12 weeks in the program.

Kevin was big into triathlons and training 15 hours a week in his 40s to completely dropping off with his training in his 50s. He travels away from home 60% of the year on projects and it took it's toll.

He started gaining a lot of body fat from drinking and his back started becoming an issue in particular when playing golf.

In the past 12 weeks, he's no pain free, flexbile and feeling strong for his life and back into his health groove.

He enjoyed a trip to Sctoland with friends and played 15 rounds in 15 days without any back pain!
