With all that is going on in the world. We all need a drink. And who better to talk about drinking with than an expert in the field.
Episode 01 is a conversation with Mr. Yangdup Lama about his journey of becoming a bartender. He is a chef who, one day, was given the opportunity to try his hand and bartending and he fell in love with the field. Mixing various drinks to suit the palette of the customers to have a one on one conversation with them about life. He enjoyed it a lot. For him every day became a new day, a new day full of excitement. And every night he went back home, content. Content that he had followed his calling and fulfilled his dream.
Mr. Yangdup Lama is a mixologist, bartender, and entrepreneur. He is the proud owner of his bar Sidecar in Delhi which has won a spot in Asia’s 50 best bar awards and he also owns a mobile bartending service company called Cocktails & Dreams. He has been featured by drinks international magazine in the Bar World 100 list of most influential people in the global beverage industry 2020.
