In this week’s podcast I’m talking about having expectations and how, when you have unrealistic expectations for yourself as well as situation or other people, it causes you pain.
When you learn to notice and manage your expectations, you don’t then make it mean somethings wrong with you when they’re not met.
Using examples of my real life with husband & children, I’m going to teach you how to deal with your expectations in a way that empowers you.
