Stop Cramming Too Many Things Into Your Sister Circles!
Manage episode 439560231 series 3598214
In the second episode of Wayfinder Diaries, I riff on the importance of not overloading sacred sister circles with too many elements, content, or activities. I share a recent experience where I attended a women's circling experience that combined too many (amazing!) elements, which actually watered down the experience for me.
If this is something you find yourself guilty of doing, I invite you to - before your next sister circle or workshop - ask yourself for each element you want to include: Why am I bringing this into the circle?
I also dive into the value of collective sharing as the most transformational aspect of women's circles, and I advocate for including less content to allow for more time for personal sharing. And, I outline my go-to structure for both in-person and virtual circles, where collective sharing takes priority.
Finally, I plug my upcoming Sacred Circle Facilitator training program. Early bird registration incentives end on September 18, 2024.
