In this episode we chat to Lynsey Eland who has recently set up a Social Enterprise called Dandelion Coaching. The aim is to raise awareness/knowledge of peri-menopause and menopause amongst women of any age. Supporting women and their communities to be educated, prepared and empowered to navigate and thrive through all menopause stages.
Lynsey shares in more depth her own personal reasons for wanting to tackle the stigma and share her knowledge to help empower other women through the transition.
