The phenomena known as “social jet lag” carries with it some pretty serious consequences to your health.
In this episode, I discuss some of the impact of having a later schedule on the weekend than the work/school week.
The greater the difference in the timing of your sleep and wake on days off compared to the work/school week, the more severe the consequences.
Your physical health, cognitive health, and emotional wellbeing can all be affected by social jet lag.
