Happy What's Current Wednesday y'all! this week we dial into ideas like (avoiding) spreading yourself too thin, being selectively flexible, striking balance, battling for discipline and building consistency muscles. We collectively stumble (literally, thanks Effen) into a paradox.. why are some things easier at the beginning while others are harder to start?
