In today’s episode we have Christoph Lohmann as our guest. I met him on my first day of ice bathing last winter at -10 degrees Celsius. He is the kind of man who wakes up at 4am. When talking to him, I feel drawn to take on some of his habits. In today’s episode he will share with us his view on meditation - and it is inspiring. One of my friends used to tell me „Every time I see Christoph, I feel like meditating.“
