This is a simple technique that will help us to quiet the mind and release any unwanted emotions and thoughts at this time. We allow the mind to settle on the breath giving it focus and bring ourselves into presence. We arrive to place where we are comfortable, the spine long and straight the body relaxed. In your own time you will begin to take your attention to your breath as it moves through the body. A simple but effective technique.
