Our first guest, my beautiful friend Kelsey Vaughne is on the podcast! She shares her incredible journey of leaving her home in the US, dropping out of school and selling everything to travel with her husband and pursue her dreams of creating content on Youtube. During a difficult period of her life, Kelsey found Yoga, and was able to connect and heal through practicing , she was inspired to become a certified yoga instructor and now curates her own deeply nourishing and strengthening flows.
We talk all about her journey, the obstacles she faced, overcoming the fear of failure and imposture syndrome, and how she has stepped into her own full expression of herself focusing on projects that light her up!
