Danielle McDonald a licensed Physical Therapist and a fitness coach who has helped hundreds of women overcome obstacles with weight loss and how they view their body. She has a passion for helping women who have just given birth and has also expanded to helping women who want to work out but don't have a lot of time to do so. Her passion for fitness began during her final year of Physical Therapy school. She had a simple goal of just fitting into her graduation dress but as she grew to love fitness, she found transformation outside of the moment she stepped on the scale and saw she had reached her goal. Danielle loves helping others reach that same transformative moment she had, so that they too can experience whole fitness.
