Real talk for those struggling with anxiety, ADHD, hormones and/or depression

If you are like me, you live most days feeling some form of exhaustion with major brain fog just trying to get through the day. You do the minimum necessary. And, it isn't because you don't want to do more but because it's all you can manage in one day. Then, one day, out of nowhere, you get a spark of energy, start feeling creative, and are actually thinking clearly. You feel on top of the world on those days.

Do you ever have those 'once in a blue moon' days where you actually have the energy and brain capacity to actually get things done? I call those my superwoman days! Seriously, I feel like I could conquer the world!

Today, we are going to be talking about this phenomenon I call the 'Superwoman Cycle'. If we aren't careful, this will set us up for failure. It's in this cycle we often overdo and over-commit leading us to feel like we have failed ourselves and everyone else around us. We let people down and then we feel bad about it and then we're exhausted because we tried to do all the things and it's a cycle repeating over and over and over. It often looks like inconsistency, flying by the seat of your pants, and

In this episode, we will be talking about ways to break the cycle and why it is crucial for you to live an intentional life with sustainability. We will also discuss how this cycle relates to having a scarcity mindset and what to do to turn things around. Also mentioned is a Fruit of the Spirit audit. This can be helpful as you become more aware of the struggle and choose to move forward developing more self-control and discipline.
