I tried therapy, yoga, and meditation, and eventually turned to drugs. The drugs made the situation even worse, and my anxiety reached an all-time high. I knew things had to change.
I did the work and got my anxiety under control. When I became a mom, anxiety came back. It's been six years, two kids, and still unraveling.
