Dr. Suro is a psychologist, author, and researcher in Washington, D.C., specializing in the treatment of eating disorders and trauma.
In addition to her outpatient clinical practice, she is the Director of Research at Monte Nido, a leading eating disorder treatment conglomerate. Her 2019 workbook Learning to Thrive, is highly regarded in the field. She regularly contributes to The Journal of Eating Disorders and European Eating Disorder Review as well as publications like Psyche and ThriveGlobal on the intersection of eating disorders and trauma.
