You’ll explore the four attachment dances (Secure, Anxious, Avoidant, and Disorganized) and the five steps of the D.A.N.C.E. method: Discover, Alleviate, Nurture, Communicate, and Embody.

New meditations will be added periodically to support your continued growth and healing.
