Let's spend some time exploring Proverbs 17:22. It says, "A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones."
Choosing joy in the face of trials and hardship isn't easy. But in these moments it's our attitude that matters.
We can take an attitude of joy or crushed spirit; we can choose good medicine or dried up bones.
Although joy can be hard to choose when everything is seemingly going wrong, it's a challenge worth taking on. Because when we choose joy, we're not just benefiting ourselves; we're also spreading positivity and hope to those around us.
