In this inspiring episode, I sit down with Alison Fraser King who shares her journey into the world of podcasting, the importance of investing in oneself and how to foster a healthy attitude towards aging.
Alison is a journalist, writer and champion of women who have something to say. She's the host of the Women Who Podcast and is also the facilitator of the Women Who Podcast membership which you can find on Patreon. She lives in New Zealand where she enjoys quiz nights, learning the bagpipes and parkruns.
