In this episode of The Armor Men's Health Show, Dr. Mistry and Donna Lee talk about some questions that occur in regards to prostate cancer and "new procedure," PAE (prostate artery embolization). A listener asked Donna Lee if PAE "gets rid of prostate cancer" in the first segment. Dr. Mistry answers this question by explaining what the prostate is and what it does, what are BPH symptoms and how do they affect the patient / prostate, what PAE is and how it helps the prostate, etc. Dr. Mistry goes into detail about PAE and how it does not kill prostate cancer but it will more than likely shrink the prostate to help with BPH symptoms and to help prostate procedures by shrinking it. You'll also learn (again) that urologists are the smartest and best looking doctors of all! (kidding...sort of!) Donna Lee discusses how she (metaphorically) held a new patient like a baby. In the second segment, Dr. Mistry answers a question from an 80 year old, sexually active listener and prospective patient about ED, finasteride, retrograde ejaculation, considering TURP or iTind, etc. What a great questions!
