I'm thrilled to share the wrap-up of the incredible first season of Breakfast of Choices. This season has been a transformative journey, not only for me but for all of our listeners who have joined us along the way. I am truly grateful for the outpouring of support, engagement, and trust that you have all shown.
Throughout this season, I’ve had the honor of welcoming an incredible lineup of guests who have bravely shared their personal stories and journeys. Each guest has reminded us that recovery and healing is possible and that every story matters. Their vulnerability and resilience have been a source of inspiration to us all.
As we approach the holiday season, I want to extend a heartfelt invitation to anyone who may be struggling. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me on Facebook or Instagram – I'm here to provide resources, support, and a listening ear. Remember, you are not alone, and the opposite of addiction is connection.
Looking ahead, I'm excited to announce that Breakfast of Choices will be back in January with a brand-new lineup of guests and episodes. If you or someone you know is interested in sharing their story, I encourage you to reach out. Your voice and experiences have the power to inspire and uplift others who may be on a similar journey.
Together, we've achieved remarkable success, with this podcast nearing 20,000 downloads in its first season. This is a testament to the power of community, resilience, and the transformative nature of sharing our stories with others to help make a difference. As we take a well-deserved break, I wish you all a happy holiday season!
