Spirituality doesn't have to be time-consuming, some of the practices I talk about in this episode around visualisation, EFT, subliminals, crystal healing, meditation, etc. can all be done with no extra time needed - which to be quite frank, is PERFECT for those of us living busy lives, feeling as though we don't have any time to spare ✨
