Do you have a special someone that you rely upon to share wins, struggles and ask for help? Do you do that for them, as well. Do you have a group of friends that you rely upon for support, celebration and accountability. Do you have a ‘chosen family’ along with your birth family, or in substitute for an estranged family? Do you have a chosen sister or brother, or best friend that is there for you through thick and thin? In this special episode, I will talk about the importance of having ‘your person’. I will discuss the importance of being your own person first, and why - even when it might be hard to do so.
