Continuing with the theme on lists of 9, I’m excited to bring you 9 of my favourite weight loss tips! Of course some of the answers in this lists and the lists to come can cross over into each other, but I hope this can provide you with a variety of areas to dive deeper into! From focusing on shifting your overall mindset and changing your relationship with food, to food substitution suggestions that have been the most helpful to me, remember to keep pushing forward in your weight loss journey and lean into the small, incremental changes that could change your life!
