Being gluten-free doesn't mean you have to give up your favorite foods, you just have to find new ways to enjoy them.
It is amazing how our minds, which are incredibly brilliant, work for us. However, in some instances, their protective mechanisms create a lot of fear and uncertainty. It is our job to work through the difficult times and create the journey and the life we truly want.
