In this episode, I’m joined by my dear friend and office roommate, Jodi, who has been a massage therapist for almost 20 years and is also a dedicated yoga teacher. Jodi shares her wisdom on how yoga and massage therapy can help us become more present in our lives, relieve stress, and cultivate a loving relationship with ourselves.
