Is working out a sin? Is working out idolatry? I get this question a lot. It's not a simple yes or no answer. The question is where is your heart? What are you truly seeking from the depths of your heart? We are called to seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness. We are called to delight ourself in the Lord. If you work out 6 times a week and can't open up your Bible. Ya, working out could definitely be an issue. On the other hand, God can use the platform of a bodybuilder to reach the lost. That doesn't mean every Christian that goes to the gym is going to be a fitness influencer. Again, where is your heart? Be real with God and repent from any idols that you hold in your heart above God.
