I have heard countless times from others who are proposing starting a diet, say they simply have to cut the carbs to get results. They, and so many others, believe that by simply cutting out one macronutrient group that their weight problems will melt away like magic. However, carbohydrates are the most important source our bodies use for energy. We DO need them, yet why is it strictly believed that carbs make you fat? Let's discuss some of these common misconceptions!
