Most women I know have a bone or joint issue and whatever we are doing doesn’t seem to be helping us much. We have learnt to live with pain and ‘manage’ it but my guest in this episode is completely against this acceptance. She believes that joint pains and bone health issues can be cured; she shares how in the episode.
