In this episode I chat to successful YouTube creator Mark Lewis. Mark produces great content about fitness, competing in events and is as a self confessed better than average athlete. I recently competed in Hyrox competition in the NEC (winning the 50-59 Pairs) and was advised to watch a video of Marks with tips about the competition. I did, and thought he’d be a great guest for MM.
