My daughter Bella and I talk about what it's like growing up in a healthcare household, and what we've each learned from the other along the way. This episode is a tribute to the many professional women in our industry who also carry the title of "Mom." We talk about balancing work and family life, and managing time to be present with each other. We also reflect on our accomplishments and lessons, and what advice we'd have for someone entering the healthcare field.
