On MindBody Matters this week, we interview Kelly Kirk who has worked for the Washington Redskins and has a degree from George Mason University and certifications in Personal Training, Nutrition and Public Speaking and Keto Coaching. Kelly has been teaching and coaching people on healthy Keto and intermittent fasting for over three years, with almost 200 clients, ranging from soccer moms to pro athletes.
