Everyone likes to be liked; however, some confuse being a supportive friend, loving partner and caring family member with chronic people pleasing. Putting everyone else’s needs and wants before their own, saying yes when they really mean no, then worrying themselves sick trying to think up a creative excuse so that they can cancel, when all they needed to do was just say NO. In this episode, Lorraine offers a few situations when people-pleasing behaviour is showing up, if you recognise behaviours here that you do, it's time to take those baby steps towards putting yourself first for a change.
