We received a question from a listener, who states, " I used to sleep like a log with no issues whatsoever. But, now my hormones are changing, as, I'm in midlife and sleep is becoming more of a problem. I go to sleep and then wake up and can't get back to sleep. Is there anything that I can do?

We discuss five strategies to help with getting into a regular rhythm, matching with the circadian rhythms of our day/night cycle to help improve our quality of sleep once our head hits the pillow at night. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
