Kyria Wackett is a wife, mom, and self-proclaimed shame therapist. She is the Founder of Adversity rising and as a licensed mental health therapist she specializes in anxiety and shame and helping women address these issues in order to live their best lives.
In this episode, we focus on the shame we so commonly feel after our baby's loss and why every human carries shame. What the difference is between guilt and shame and how you can notice when you are shaming yourself?
We each share an interesting perspective of how you can carry that shame into a new pregnancy and pass it on to the new baby.
