And we’re back for Part 2 with clinical psychologist (and my older sister), Leah Todd. In Part 1 of my conversation with Leah, we spent some time on the basics of therapy and how to get the help you need. In this week’s episode, we’re digging a little deeper and discussing how to navigate grief during the holidays. Leah provides so many invaluable tips on how to honor a loved one’s memory, give ourselves space to grieve what’s lost, and even how to grieve for ourselves. We even talk about family dynamics at holiday events and how to set boundaries to create a healthier holiday environment.
