In this episode, we are going to talk about what it's like to slow down before you go down and why that is important. My high achieving Catholic friends, in our fast paced world, it is so easy to get swept up in the tide of busy-ness and stress, but it's really important that we don't forget that finding time to rest and pause from the busy-ness of our day is just as important as pursuing our goals. It is okay to take a break. It is okay to slow down. It's okay to take a deep breath and reconnect with what truly matters to trust in God's perfect plan for your life and to let his guidance light the way.
