This episode is about true health, what it actually is and what we can do to stay healthy.
The idea for this episode came to me when I was once again talking with a friend about our society and what is often considered 'normal'.
I am passionate about encouraging people to take charge of their own health, preferably preventatively before an imbalance already exists. But to do that, we first have to become aware of when something is out of balance, and sometimes it's so subtle that we hardly notice it. I talk about that and more in this episode.
